There is no wage gap, there is an earning gap.

All men on average earn more than all women. The reasons for this is down to choices. Men don't take maternity leave and they don't work part time as much.

Had to get into an argument with normies about this at college in one of my classes.

You know how many were able to tell me where the 79% number came from? Not a single one. They just knew they heard the number before but didn't even bother checking where it came from.

Well it comes from a 2013 BLS report that analysed the gross income from males and females. And in total for both sexes across all jobs women have an earning power 79% that of men. Literally says nothing about women working the same job as men or anything about women being paid unfairly. Just a gross assessment of the total earnings.

If someone would like to discuss a paygap for women and bring up actual evidence I am all ears. But all it is is SJWs and Cucks arguing about something that they have no idea if it is actually true or representative of the truth.

The single biggest refutation to any possibility of the wage gaps existing in the form the feminist claim it is: Women would be the highest sort after employees and would automatically receive preference over men for jobs as companies would receive the same performance for a fraction of the cost. You see companies move entire divisions over to China and India because manpower is incredibly cheap over there. There would be next to no incentive to higher men, yet feminist claim the exact opposite and that women repeatedly get turned down for job just because they are women.

From experience the women at my work will never do overtime and never go on call, they do the absolute bare minimum and are not even close to the productivity of the men.

I'm a female in a 'mans' job. I do crisis intervention, I'm the one who wears a white coat in a psychiatric hospital, my job is mostly to talk patients down from a crisis situation. But often my job requires me to physically restrain patients. I get paid the exact same as male counterparts (I know because pay and incentive pay is posted). So op you're spreading myths.

I also think I get paid an unfair amount as I have to have men helping me, I think their should be a wage gap in my profession. I'm small in size and there are some patients that easily overpower me, so need a male staff with me always, and yes it has to be male staff. They do more work and arguably should be paid more but unfortunately we don't compensate based on work preformed.

She should have tried to befriend her boss, you get ahead in business by being likeable and making connections not by being a fastidious paper pusher.

Even then you need to consider how qualified they are, how much they've agreed to work/vacation time, how they've decided to cover their medical expenses, and wage negotiation.
