If nothing you do ultimately matters then there are no consequences to your actions good or bad, for all which that entails. Assuming that to be true aswell, one logically comes to the conclusion that life should be lived for the enjoyment and fulfillment of the individual to the best of their ability and that this idea becomes not only their right as a human but their duty.

Since nothing we do matters, why not act entirely on the whims of what will satisfy us? This argument is often met with the resistance that whole society of individuals thinking this way would be disastrous but that falls under scrutiny when we redefine fulfillment.

I'd be hardpressed to say I do everything that I do because it satisfies me in the moment, but rather instead I do what I do because I find it to lead to the most enjoyable outcome. I live to create and experience enjoyable moments and sensations, nothing more or less.
