The biggest difference which no one on here seems to talk about, is how black care way more about fitting into their social group.
Teenagers brains are wires to care about social things, which is why you felt bad about eating by yourself in high school, but s an adult you prefer to sit by yourself at lunch time. Blacks seem to never grow out of this however. Blacks will literally KILL people and ATTACK elderly women just to try to impress their friends. It is fucking bonkers. Yes plenty. Simple evidence is the Richard Hernstein and Charles Murray book The Bell Curve. However, your race doesn't mean you are smart. It just shows a propensity for poor people and therefore people of color to have lower IQs.
The issue isn't race in that book, it's class. And it shows that being born with a lower IQ is not only huge disadvantage, but that there is a ballooning effect on the left (Dull) end of the spectrum, while there is a tightening on the right (bright) end.
Most people here are in the middle. But poor dull people are out breeding the smart ones at an incredible rate. It'll have impact on public policy.
If you plan on going around bragging that you are smarter than black people because you are white though, no one will think you are smart. Probably because you aren't.
