For one thing many women need to stop going to college. There's too many women going to college and studying useless degrees instead of marrying young and getting work from home. If many of them stop going to college then job markets would start to get better and more men could get jobs and provide for families.

Birth rates might never get back to the way they were during the baby boom and that's due to the contemporary economy yes. But don't let anyone tell you it isn't about social values as well. For decades we've been telling women to go out and get jobs and start careers instead of follow their traditional and natural path of having and raising children. There's no better way to kill a society than to tell the women to stop reproducing. We need to get less women to go to college and start to get them to understand that being housewives and having and raising children was very satisfying for women for a very long time. It's actually proven the women post 1960's in America were much happier, and that's because they were much more privileged they didn't need to do anything but they could get a nice house and car just by marriage. Suicide rates for women have gone up drastically in the West post 1960's because the truth is, they are actually struggling to maintain their careers. They aren't able to keep up in the workforce with men and they get stressed out by the mental and physical strain of work much faster than men. Women simply need to start embracing their biological and natural occupation as child bearers in society.
