In this particular case that is a lot of bullshit by that seattle judge but, for instance, it was a Texas judge that blocked the executive amnesty from Obama that would give 4 million illegals work permits.
If it was not for the judiciary keeping the executive in check things would be much worse today. Let them have this temporary victory, just like the Supreme Court considered the Texas Judge in the right they will consider Trump in the right on this one.
In short: if it was not for judiciary discretion 4 million illegals would have work permit right now in America.
