As we all know, China is currently overpopulated, as the only regions which arent filled to the brim are just fucking desert or mountains. So here is my proposal to create more fertile attractive land to solve the Chinese overpopulation crisis.
Stage 1: Shandong to Liaoning Peninsula Dam
Once the sea has been drained and this new land has been settled, if there is still overpopulation, then stage 2 begins.
Stage 2: Shandong to North Korea Dam
Obviously, there are a few issues with this stage, as we have to build in North Korea. However, China is really the only reason why North Korea hasnt been invaded, so Im sure the Chinese could use the threat of diplomatic isolation to obtain building permission from Kim.
