I'm all for a police state in America. I think martial law should be implemented in some cities, if not the entire country. I realize that, but it's a complete waste of money. The battery backup probably only comes on one a year, and that would be do to a power outage during a winter storm, in which case the panel is useless anyway. With the maintenance and initial costs it's fucking retarded, the battery is probably kept charged off the main line by default anyway.

Level 2 will protect you from almost anything that's a pistol caliber, which is what the vast majority of gun murders are committed with, both against civilians and LEO. Also attempted gun murders.
