Personally i think agendas of different groups and individuals are intertwined with eachother and the individuals and groups with the strongest veiw of their reallity based non-dependent on attachment to emotional baggage will have strongest veiw of their reallity. This also includes having healthy social relationships with people with clear minds (strong goals driven by positive strong emotions).
When you blame someone other then yourself for the power imbalances you are basically doing the opposite of everything i mentioned above.
