No it isn't, look into the differences between the Conservative and Labour Party leadership contest rules and restrictions, also there are more rebellious Labour MPs who hate Blairites and were willing to wait and harness it than there are Tory MPs actually willing to make a difference. They've been ground down by decades of Blairism and pro-EU sentiment and are basically window dressing by this point
I can't quite explain it, but Labour always had a socialist faction who had been absolutely fucked over in the nineties, and were fully aware of it, and harboured that resentment for decades; the Tories seem to have no such wing, no such passion
