If you have the internet, they already monitor everything you do. It may not involve humans, but it certainly involves a computer looking for key words etc. You have to be foolish to think otherwise.....Than to add all the monitoring of 3rd party software. If you have windows 10 you are being watched by M$ and whoever else they give information to.
Basically the only way to avoid being digitally monitored is to turn off your internet and move to a remote cabin in the woods.
