If the latter, then pick a topic that reveals a contradiction in leftism, but at the same time don't be critical about it. For example, talk about female-male wage gap. Start by saying what the wage gap is for a leftist, and make the case that it is unfair and should be fixed. At the same time, not immediately after, you can make claims such as: women have made a lot of progress in a lot of areas, such as marriage rights, they now get the most of phds, diplomas, single women living in cities make more money than men, women are responsible for something like 80% of all money spent, etc. Then conclude that in spite of all the efforts, women still haven't progessed as much, because there's still the wage gap. You can also plug in the right criticism of the wage gap in there somewhere. The point is, speak like a leftist, defend the wage gap as a leftist, while at the same time explaining everything that is wrong with it.
