You are partially correct, but you are also naive if you don't think our cultures are actually apart of us at this point. Whites have been in police states or something similar for thousands of years, this was chosen by white men for the greater of society. And has continued to mold people as sort of a domestication via pressures of society.

Online IQ tests have three major problems wrong with them.
1. They are multiple choice (or very specific answers needed).
On a professional IQ test, there are few, if any, multiple choice questions. There are tasks that are timed, there are tasks that are more open-ended, there are memory tests based on auditory memory and visual memory. There are tasks that require you to physically move things, or physically write or draw things. And there is a professional person giving you the test, telling you the instructions, and making sure you understand the instructions for each part.
2. The online tests are not validated with rigorous scientific research.
Professional tests cost a lot of money to purchase because it takes a lot of money to do the research necessary to insure that the test has been properly validated and normed for the population it is meant to assess. It is probably not possible to validate an IQ test that is entirely populated with multiple choice questions. But even if it were, it would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to pay for the scientists and usually grad students, who would give the test to the thousands of people necessary to prove that the test is sound. Which leads to the third problem...
3. Tests online have no way to stop people from getting the questions and answers ahead of time.
Professional IQ tests are closely guarded. They cannot be sold to just anyone. When someone contacts the publishing company to purchase IQ tests, it is not just a little booklet they are buying. There is training involved, and there are a variety of reusable and non-reusable materials needed to administer the tests. And, the professional has to provide proof of their licensing.
Because all the intelligent one leave.
