The Democrats started giving black people free stuff so that they would vote for them. This was nothing more than a political strategy so that they could gain a a big percentage of voters and keep power with the threat that black people will lose their handouts if the Republicans won.

The idea that the Republican party is racist is a Democratic lie based on the fact that Republicans think that blacks, just like everybody else, should be self-sufficient.
