Literally no reputable anthropologists believe that. The "Nordics" weren't even really a thing until the Indo-Europeans had already reached India. By 1000 B.C. Indo-Europeans still hadn't even reached modern Norway, Britain, or Portugal.
The Indo-European migration wasn't some sort of massive war of conquest, it was a migration, people moving around, sometimes displacing other peoples, it was a slow process and there is no proof that it was particularly violent.
