Getting your kids engaged in other hobbies like fishing, hunting, vehicles, woodworking, metal working is the way to go. You can't just leave the kids alone and expect them to do something worthwhile, video games will always be more engaging and ''rewarding'' then running around and throwing sticks at each other, especially since every other kid is inside playing video games to.
