We're going to have unprecedented growth in manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and professional services this year, were going to see less wage deflation from immigration, our taxes are going to fall considerably, and while employment will rise it is unlikely we will continue to see structural wage deflation rise comparably. You can own basically any gun, eat for cheap, and american homes are pretty much top-tier quality, for less $$$ than any other developed country.

How much does a house like this generally cost to build?
I've got 11 acres of pristine property in the hills of West Virginia and everyday I am awake in this shithole state (Florida) it makes me wish of building a nice cabin with OPs pic idea in mind.
How much could it cost? Material and labor included? I don't want to get cucked on the room sizes, either, so could I talk to a friend and have him draft me up some floor plans and deliver that to whoever builds this dream home?
