It's a little hard for me to believe that no pictures were ever looked for, considering all of those pictures get saved and put into files that anyone should be able to go and look at after all is said and done at their local government library. It might take some time for it to come in after it's been requested, but any civilian can go look at pretty much dang near anything in there.
Now granted, I myself haven't gone to verify anything on that one, to see if there's any pictures involved, but I'm pretty sure pictures from the shooting would've been put on the internet by some amazing user out there if there were pics in said file.
