So just gonna drop some constructive criticism and suggestions:
You're forming this group based off a reactionary plan against violent antifa protests. Therefore, your intelligence should include antifa networks to actually know when they will strike, an actual understanding of how antifa operates, and you're going to need peoplease doing very basic espionage into relevant antifa circles and work up to top brass, including college connections and financial collaborators. This should be the absolute top priority, to train people in espionage and subterfuge, establish a secure line of connection to them, retrieve information, and plan accordingly to actually counter the antifa movement both on the ground level and on a broader financial level.
Recommendation: start organizing learning material about espionage and establish multiple branches based on states. This could also extend from simple antifa reaction to active countermeasures against marxism.
Second, while ground level work against violent protestors would be ideal in terms of public image, you would need to extend the purposes of the group beyond counter protesting to start gaining political ground. This includes pretty mundane pr work like holding public events for normies, extending an entertainment and media branch, and establishing multiple clear narratives on what anticom is and isnt.
Suggestion: contact local churches, gun groups, watchdog groups, and any other traditional western organizations and extend an olive branch to begin grassroots community work that multiple branches would decide individually (I would recommend reconstructive work on infrastructure, relevant lobbying to politicians, and other public events for the sake of advertising. I can't stress how important advertising is). Once you receive a sufficient level of funding from these events and merchandising, establish counter think tanks to the liberal narrative by establishing and funding anticom friendly media, possibly pre existing

Another bonus is that the Identitarian movement is not explicitly racist. It's just right wing and anti Islam & communism + pro nationalism. This way it can appeal to moderates and normies. That's how it's grown in Europe.

Thirdly, in terms of political power to actually accomplish goals, anticom needs a strong presence in political funding and espionage, which means that some people are either going to take in the role of politicians and lobbyists, or anticom will have to indulge in political espionage, patronage, and extortion, essentially replacing the current system. The latter is obviously not ideal, but the reality is that it exists and is the single strongest method of obtaining fast and strong political power.
Suggestion: either groom and appoint political agents in your local township and work up to state and possibly federal level, use a portion of the funds from public events to invest in political favors (do not expect a return in taxpayer money), or resort to extremist methods that, while effective, may be problematic in the long run.
My main points, but i'd also like to suggest thought be put into counterintelligence on both an anti antifa level and anti federal espionage level, a structural plan in terms of actual group organization by initially city, then county, then state level by keeping a solely physical database and not an online one, and lastly, and lastly, a list of clear goals besides reactive ones.

Blue and yellow are complementary colors you actually see it all the time in Hollywood posters, though it hinges more on a marine orange contrast for REALISM.
