His end game is an open society, a world free of borders and rampant mass immigration to the benefit of God knows who other than himself because every country he "assists" turns to absolute shit the moment he gets involved.
I'd speculate on any other motives he has with open societies but as far as I can tell he just wants to create three classes, the working poor, the welfare riders and the elite. There doesn't seem to be any singificant middle ground in his intentions.
