as long as you're human you've got nothing to worry about
What's gonna happen when China has 1 billion unemployed murder-everyone-but-chinese-drones?
luckily for some, jobs which require human interactions like psychologist or therapist, musician or priest, hairdresser or basically any social or arts job
And as someone in the automation industry, this can only be good for me
No worries for me
our robots are better than they're robots
JOBS FOR WESTERN ROBOTS NOW!
seriously, what's the benefit of making shit abroad now? just adds the transport costs
Like I'd take socio-economic advice from a country whose economy is currently imploding in upon itself. Nice try, Sven.
please press one to tell me how you feel about that
press 2 to tell me about your parents
Yeah sure man but how you gonna handle the drones? It's just a thing that a large percentage of the pop are gonna be mostly useless. What does it matter if you are doing well if the rest of the world is burning, eventually unrest is gonna be your problem too.
Yo nigga don't look at my flag but read my words, yo be all judgmental and shiet
Yeah your words are shit and you have no room to talk about economics. Chinks have slaves and we bring jobs back because we actually care about our people. What point are you trying to make?
>murder-everyone-but-chinese-drones?
Chinese will cannibalize each other. This problem could potentially solve itself.

What jobs are you going to bring back? I'm not saying Trump is wrong btw, just wanna start a discussion.
Or rather, how long are those jobs gonna be brought back for before they are replaced again?
What sort of question is this? You see thr chink slave labor jobs? Those ones.
No longer will Apple be able to pay chinks a penny a day to assemble iPhones and import them into the US for free. They will pay Americans to do it or pay a tariff. We are thr largest economy on Earth and if those faggots want to have a place in our market, they will pay to do so. By either paying our workers or paying our tariffs.
Yeah ok your workers get the jobs back. How long will those jobs stay? Are you going to subsidize companies to not automate those jobs?
No everyone will starve and die and the world will explode.
What the fuck is your point I don't even know what you're trying to say.
We're discussing what might happen in the future; planning ahead. Getting manufacturing jobs back for humans is only a temporary solution if they eventually gonna be automated everywhere.
war will happen.
what's your sulution? apart from sucking a milion nigger cocks?
Import taxes (of individual materials vs finished product)
Infrastructure (of government or company)
Regulations - environmental, monopoly, asinine bans
Workers benefits, pay, etc
So we shouldn't even try and just give in to the fact that we'll all starve and die thanks to our robot overlords taking all our jobs. Sounds great man.
No. I won't go gently into the night. I will fight for my future and the future for my children. I know looking a generation ahead doesn't come easy to a country that will implode and become non existent in a few decades but some of us want to try.
I don't know what the fuck you just wrote, but we are all dumber for having seen it
learn to english you stupid fag
We'll just break the robots and burn down the robot factories.
Nice shitting the thread
automation is what is do for a living
business is good for me
Do you think I'm trying to insult USA or Trump? I'm not talking about not trying, I'm talking about looking ahead and trying to have a battleplan for the eventual future. It's you that want to put your head in the sand.
It's one thing to make America great again, it's another to maintain it.
I see tons of these threads, no one ever seems to have and answer, unless it's muh guaranteed income, muh socialism
97% of the west used to work on farms, now it's around 1%
kicking out all the shitskins might help if there are going to be less jobs
No I don't think you are trying to insult us. I'm saying bringing jobs back is our only option and that is what we will do. Anything else is giving up and killing our futures. If it doesn't work then at least we tried before starving and dying. Otherwise we just give in the annihilation. We have to try.
Importing materials to assemble at home will always be more expensive compared to assembling where materials are supplied
Heavy industry capable roads, railways and power isn't available everywhere, so the government needs to invest in it, which attracts manufacturing companies there instead of at home
Lazy to elaborate on the others, you can go fuck yourself
But you still need to increase your population, goy.
I think it's the right thing to do.
Farm jobs became other physical service jobs or manufacturing jobs. Events are not always equal just because they look similar.
I have no good solutions, which is why I think these threads are good.
>Importing materials to assemble at home will always be more expensive compared to assembling where materials are supplied
not necciserily
>I have no good solutions, which is why I think these threads are good.
that's why I think they are bad
Even musicians can feel the burn of advancing technology.
Shit, when drum machines first came around some people were worried they'd be out of a job permanently.
You guys haven't seen these fuckers?
This company is super stealth but these fuckers are everywhere, all the Walmarts in socal got them now
It's the same company that makes the Burritobox machine they make his one with Cinnabon now too
>Drones
You called the answer.
Aww shieeet, I have not one, but two in my uni.
HOW CAN BIOLOGICAL HUMANS EVEN COMPETE?
>can't even spell right
>learn to english
Seriously, you need to drop dead
In the end, automation might actually improve society. If machines take too many jobs, we might have to drop the work week to 30 hours and get rid of unpaid overtime. We'll still be able to afford things, because the machines will be doing all the work for us. The work week started at 80 hours, and was gradually dropped all the way to 40. It was going to be dropped to 30 during The Great Depression, but Roosevelt vetoed it. It's not the end of the world.
