the main spillway is already severely damaged and getting worse the more they use it
awhile ago they tried using the emergency spillway for the first time in the dam's history
as it turns out the emergency spillway is shit, it wore out so quickly they had to stop using it
now the only question is whether just part of the dam will fail and a 30ft wave will go downstream, or if more of the dam will fail and send a bigger wave
