Why are IDs even back?
...
I hope you men were "real men" by wasting all your money on this glorious day known as valentines day.
So my city is on fire lads. What do?
Move to Masterton
Get fireproof clothing perhaps move to Auckland but prepare to spend all your money on housing yourself.
greeting fellow kiwoys
Nope. My wife is sane.
who /voting mana/ here?
Something is amiss here but I can't quite put my finger on it.
Im watching it through my telescope :3
did you guys know we were legally allowed to vote in brexit? aint that cool
This land belongs to Tangata whenua o Aotearoa. And don't you forget it.
What are you doing tonight lads?
I'm chilling in my room trying to ignore the agonising pain of my sunburns after 4 hours of backyard cricket. Can't even drink or else security will shaft me and make me pour out all of my piss reeeee
Ta for making these.
>Can't even drink or else security will shaft me
What? Are you in prison or something? Rehab?
Jokes on you, I'm single.
Nah uni, some dude had to pour out like $50 worth of alcohol the other day. Can only drink 3 days a week with a max of 4 people per room and spirits are a no no. Might actually kill myself at some point in the year
OP missed the discord link. discord.gg
Looks amazing from my balcony. Good thing none of the smoke has blown over town.
Also F to the dude who died today.
I'm watching normal TV. That's about it. Just put the kettle on for a coffee.
How will they know if you are quiet about it?
Yeah i feel really bad for him and his family, ty based flying fireman for your sacrifice
Ayyy your hostel imposed limits on drinking?
Take them to court with a david wasserman-shultz lawyer and you will win. That is some bullshit.
When they randomly knock on your door and see 10 cans of dou bros lying around
Jesus that's fucking ridiculous. How much does it cost to stay in those places? I'm imagining basically nothing if you'll put up with that over flatting.
Hide em i guess
It's around 15k a year give or take with meals and everything. They prey on the freshers who have no money and need to read the instructions to make two minute noodles
Contracts user
Get a bottle of listerine. Pour it out.
Get some blue or green food colouring.
Get some vodka.
Put vodka in listerine bottle, add drops of food colouring to match.
Leave in bathroom and take a swig when you need to.
Or just put it in V bottles or something.
wtf is discord?
Anyone else here think Chloe is a qt?
It's for surveilling bad goys.
OK guys. I tried this couple months ago and lots of you got involved. Decided to do another questionnaire, feel free to join in again...
> Do you care about all those whales on Farewell Spit?
Sad, but no not really. All the ones they saved each day end up beaching themselves again and again. If they wanna die just let them.
> Paul Henry. Good or bad?
I like him. We need more non PC people on tv
> best city in New Zealand?
Nelson or Mount Maunganui
> worst city in New Zealand?
Sorry Wanganui
> do you have any maori blood?
Yep, an eighth
> who do you honestly think will be PM after the next election
Bill English, but only just and after getting support from Winnie
> beer of choice?
One of those faggy low alcohol fruity ones. I think its a grapefruit and lemon one I buy.
> do you have an opinion on Shortland St? When did you last watch a full episode?
Can't stand it, too blue pilled and full of constant fag stories. Last saw it in 2003. Even then I wasn't sure why I was watching it.
> have you always lived in NZ?
Did an OE in England a few years ago. Enjoyed it but made me appreciate Kiwiland more
> do you have any dream infrastructure projects you want the next government to do?
Reading. Better roads and more of them. Would love to see Auckland and Wellington joined by four lane motorway the entire way.
> ever talk about politics with your family?
I do sometimes. I'm trying to subtly red pill my parents.
> if you saw $50 lying in the street with no obvious owner what would you do with it?
Probably put it in the bank. Or that's my coffee money sorted for the next couple weeks.
> if a random drunk bogan woman swears at you in the street you'll brush it off. If that same woman swears at a muzzie chick why is it news?
Actually you don't need to answer that, we already know how it works.
Fuck so $290ish a week? I've flatted and eaten on less, but not for a while. You could do better man, especially if you know how to cook. If you don't, learn - there's an all too brief window where that gets you laid before it's just pathetic if you can't.
Would like to but im on phone and its a hassle. Theyre nice to read though.
>> Do you care about all those whales on Farewell Spit?
I think DOC could have a more co-ordinated response for areas they know to be whale traps.
>> Paul Henry. Good or bad?
I really miss him on Radio Live. Duncan Garner is trash. I dont like Hosking either.
>> best city in New Zealand?
I don't really have one, all the cities have upsides and downsides.
>> worst city in New Zealand?
Wellington
>> do you have any maori blood?
nope full English
>> who do you honestly think will be PM after the next election
>Bill English, but only just and after getting support from Winnie
agreed
>> beer of choice?
VB.
>> do you have an opinion on Shortland St? When did you last watch a full episode?
Watched it in the past with ex-gfs. 2012-13 was the last time. its daft but in a so bad its funny kinda way.
>> have you always lived in NZ?
na i'm english, moved out here as a kid among the wave of British immigration in 2002.
>> do you have any dream infrastructure projects you want the next government to do?
I wish we could take up Muldoons Think Big energy independence schemes again.
>> ever talk about politics with your family?
yeah a bit. me, my old man and younger bro are all voting NZ First.
>> if you saw $50 lying in the street with no obvious owner what would you do with it?
pocket it. probably spend it on a couple packs of smokes.
>> if a random drunk bogan woman swears at you in the street you'll brush it off. If that same woman swears at a muzzie chick why is it news?
>Actually you don't need to answer that, we already know how it works.
ive been called a pom and told to fuck off so often i consider it a badge of honour and would probably try to sleep with her.
What happened in 2002 that led to a wave of immigration?
Labour promoted a huge wave of British immigration in early 2000s to fill professional positions such as cops, nurses, etc. My parents were quantity surveyor and nurse/midwife with 4 kids so were considered ideal candidates.
That helps explain why so many cops and nurses etc are poms
Cheers man. Yeah I'm actually quite interested in what us nzpoltard is like.
> probably try to sleep with her.
Kek, I think I'd give it a crack too mate, reckon she would be up for it. You would wanna piss off quick straight after the deed. Wouldn't be safe to stick around.
Also, fuck off pom!
she's a failure twice
Why are ID's even back?
Yeah I dont know why she doesn't just go out and work for a while.
I follow her on insta and it seems all she does is hang out with hipsters and tell others how they should live.
girls wearing trousers is always a bad sign
Yeah plenty of Irish from the same time too. It was policy conceived to battle the 'brain drain' and also helped balance out the number of islanders, chinks, poos who came in the 90's and early 2000's. Since then NZ has been swamped with mass immigration and its obvious to everyone its got to stop. Most Brits came because the exchange rate back then was $3 for every pound so families like mine went from entrenched working class into middle class overnight. All I knew of NZ was the LotR Fellowship of the Ring, still one of my favourite kiwi films. My personal top 5 power ranking-
1. Smash Palace
2. Once Were Warriors
3. LotR
4. Out of the Blue
5. Heavenly Creatures
In the last 2 years ive tried to reign in my degeneracy, but I can honestly say some of the best roots i've had were with drunk maori sluts.
yeah but she dresses modestly and has such a cute and naive enthusiasm. i can imagine this coming September patting her on the head and calmly explaining to her why the majority of NZ (myself included) will never under any circumstances vote Green.
kek i told her to get a real job using my fake twitter. i reckon if i met her irl i could turn her into a housewife
Thanks for the explanation.
this is actually so true also because labour had to crack down on english requirements at the time to take out winston
>I wish we could take up Muldoons Think Big energy independence schemes again.
that didn't work out well last time though
On phone but currently I'm drinking with my flat mates and I'd build a nuclear power plant.
The fucking moa, the fucking hast eagle.
Boys i know i shouldn't be mad but i am
MAJESTIC AS FUCK
Too bad the bros had to eat/inadvertently kill them all.
G,night kiwi pol.
youtu.be
no worries
fucking Labour trying to keep Winnie down
it would have in the long run if they hadnt been privatized. the biggest cost for most NZ businesses is energy.
won't happen anytime soon but built in the far north it would be ideal for powering Auckland and Hamilton. given i live in earthquake region i prefer the hydro electric dams down here. i hear big advances are being made in geothermal energy but i'm no expert.
alright lads i'm off for the night, gotta be up in 6 hours for work.
Night!
>it would have in the long run if they hadnt been privatized.
no new zealand has extremly limited factor endowments for energy creation and his plans for oil would not have worked because cost of production here is extremely expensive meaning that it would have only worked in a high oil price
> whales
Beautiful creatures IRL but nature does what it wants. Would've like to help refloat them. Score a root from an over emotional hairy sjw chick
> Paul henry?
Much better than Garner
> best city?
Have had good times in Napier, like the vibe there
> worst city
South Auckland
> Maori blood?
Yeah, some from ngati whakaue, Rotorua area iwi. No one would know looking at me.
> next PM?
I dunno. This ones gonna be too close to call. I'd rather English, but not happy about the choices.
> beer?
Whatever's flowing. Not too bothered. Just anything but Waikato.
> shorty st?
Meh. Apparently there was a shorty street star at a party I was at years ago. I kinda recognised him, but maybe just thought I did because he also looked like someone I went to school with. No idea what his name was.
> always lived in NZ?
Um, dad worked in a 3rd world South East Asian country. We lived there for two years before I was 10. Don't wanna say which one, NZs a small place.
> infrastructure?
Needs fast internet. And more houses build. Put up 100 high rise apartments in downtown Auckland, put all the suburban Asians into them. Keep em all in the same place.
> talk about politics?
Don't really talk about anything with them.
> $50?
Score. I'd just put it in my wallet and forget about it. I never carry cash just do eftpos.
> bogan woman?
I've never been harassed by anyone in the street. Ever. If it happened I'd probably die inside.
>Don't wanna say which one, NZs a small place.
NZ/Pol in particular. if you know someone tells you they come on here u can probs figure out who they are
I wouldn't be surprised if I know a fellow pol at uni. But its not the easiest place to open about your political beliefs.
Prolly be no different when I'm outta here and working full time.
some fucking random guessed my name on here a few months ago
The country cant stand another 4 years of national, but i have absolutely no faith in labour either. What do boys? Who do i vote for? Was thinking based winnie but its too likely he coalition with the nats
Shit that's scary. I'd log off immediately and wait months before returning. Did you confirm with them or just blow it off and play it cool?
There was a reddit guy here last week who thought we were all national supporters. I think Winston will back English. But Im starting to think if he joined Labour wouldn't be the worst outcome. Sure it would destroy the country but I'd love to see him control Labour and shoot down the Greens.
My dream come true would be a govnmnt that didnt have labour or nats as the majority, but we all know how unlikely that is
i had a few m8s who go on here but none of them said it was them but 1 could be lying
> Do you care about all those whales on Farewell Spit?
Yes
> Paul Henry. Good or bad?
He's a lot better than everyone else on T.V.
> best city in New Zealand?
Nelson, can't really say.
> worst city in New Zealand?
Auckland or Wanganui
> do you have any maori blood?
nope
> who do you honestly think will be the PM after the next election
It's a hard one, but I think Bill English if he runs again. Winston Peters just doesn't have enough publicity
> beer of choice
Export Citrus
> do you have an opinion on Shortland St? When did you last watch a full episode?
Most cancerous thing in all creation, no talent whatsoever.
> have you always lived in NZ?
yup
> do you have any dream infrastructure projects you want the next government to do?
Roads, it would be nice if NZ had more motorways
> ever talk about politics with your family?
Sometimes, my brother likes Trump & winston peters, but the rest of my family are the 'das raycis' type.
> if you saw $50 lying in the street with no obvious owner what would you do with it?
bankerino
> if a random drunk bogan woman swears at you in the street you'll brush it off. If that same woman swears at a muzzie chick why is it news?
Because modern-day liberals are the worst thing that has ever happened to New Zealand
It's a hard one, but I think Bill English will win********
Trouble is both big parties are on the nose. In NZ weve got so many meme parties, but none have any chance of having any power. Thank fuck for that in most cases.
It just seems everything is a wasted vote no matter who you vote for. The country seems to be crying out for a fresh populist face. Someone who ain't a politician, who we all know from the media or business. I know that sounds too similar to Trump but I feel we really need that.
Trouble is it would probably be someone like Mike Hosking or Simon Dallow
> bump
I know its late and we've all got work/uni tomorrow but someone else must still be awake
She's cute
>young people
>voting
There are enough pilot whales that I don't feel particularly bad. Surely we must be able to engineer some kind of radar to repell whales from dangerous areas.
Waste of space

I have never watched a soap in my life
I'll have been away two years this April, probably around three years total
Replace some of the old one lane bridges with two lane ones, better intercity public transport
