Are Cubans white ?
If not, how come they are more whiter the most Europeans ?

Some are, some aren't. They're are a lot of Afro-Cubans. Really it comes down to the eye test/genetics, it's similar to asking if Americans are white: No, because they're potentially from a multitude of different races, in Cuba less so than America.

Cuban is a nationality, not a race. There are many races in cuba. From dark skinned africans to light skinned spanish.

Also, as for cubans. Cuban isn't a race. It's a term for a country full of Caucasians, Negroids and Amerindians, and everything mixed in between the three.
