We give him baths about once a month, I built a 4'x8' run for them in the living room with a melamine floor so that takes a long time to foul.

When I first got Donald he was kept in a small "guinea pig" cage and tangles were a big problem. The main thing to do is keep their hair trimmed so it all ends exactly level with the floor. The long hairs are really fussy when it comes to grooming though.

Best temperament of any pig I've ever had though. He's cuddly and walks over for hugs when you walk up to the run.

That just encourages the pigs that don't like to be held to pee on you. If they don't like being held, make sure you keep holding them if they pee on you so they don't put peeing and being put down together.
