The odds of this happening aren't exactly stellar unless there's clear evidence of wrongdoing on the part of the president, and it would be the first time in U.S. history that a president has been removed by the legislature while in office.

If there's enough evidence for this to be a serious issue anybody with a functioning brain stem would pull a Nixon, resign and get pardoned by their successor.
