I will never forget that day. I had to defend my paper at University and hold a presentation on it. I couldn't sleep the whole night not because I was anxious about the uni stuff, but because I was so hyped for president Trump. When it started to become clear around 3 a.m. local time that the madman actually did it I got so energized I couldn't sleep at all. I went sleepless at my presentation but I was so unbelievably happy I couldn't contain myself from smiling all the time and being absolutely high energy for the entire day. I got the best possible grade for my presentation and a compliment about my "radiating confidence and contagious positive attitude" haha.
Note: I'm usually rather autistic.

I listened to that song all night long man. Was up with my friend talking on discord watching every single state on the election map, zooming in to see different counties, which ones he currently one, which ones were won by Obama and how many of those he flipped, trying to calculate down to the wire if he was gonna win X state or Y counties. Felt great when he won my state of Florida. Well they took forever to call FL but we knew he won when the panhandle calvary showed up.
