Ruby Ridge: Remember Their Names

Weve all heard the narrative before, a heroic federal agency taking down a family of evil white Nazis in the woods. How many of you know the true story? The story of a man who had half of his family murdered in cold blood by a government sworn to protect his rights.

>We meet Randy Weaver, ex Green Beret, as a struggling, hungry Iowa farmer in the early 80s
>Not many of you were around back then, this was before all the subsidies we have today
>Randy Weaver is tired of the world he sees around him
>Moves himself, his wife and growing family to the mountains of Northern Idaho
>Successfully carves out a small, quiet patch of land for his family to live the Christian life they see fit

If the America we were all brought up to believe exists, the story would have ended here. A man takes control of his own destiny and raises his children as he sees fit. As well soon find out, the state doesnt approve of those outside its control.

>Unaware when he bought the property, Randy moved his family 16 miles from an Aryan Nation encampment
>Living alone on the mountain can get pretty lonely, Randy made friends with the locals

Before we get too far, I need to stress that each of you here are Randy Weaver. He was not a violent man, he was not a revolutionary man, he was a man who was targeted by the full force of the US government for daring to wrongthink, and he lost half of his family for it. You are Randy Weaver, were all Randy Weaver. He just wanted to be left alone with his family.

>A few times a year Randy would take his family to the Aryan Nations social gatherings
>Randy was known to have some wrongthink views of minorities, but he did not in any way, shape or form subscribe or endorse to AN views. He still doesnt.

Enter the government.

>Just as they are here now, they had agents inside the AN camp
>After losing their VIP informant, the ATF scrambles for a replacement
>Knowing Weaver was anything but a wealthy man, they made him an offer he couldnt refuse
>Saw 2 shotguns for me and Ill give you $700, youll be done in a couple hours
>Entrapment, yes. As well as official government tactics.

3/7

They arrested Weaver on felony weapons charges, allowed him to post his home in the woods as bail, then politely told him when he loses his case his family will have nowhere to live. This is where the story drastically changes, this is where Randy digs in and takes a stand.

>Randy doesnt show up for court, failure to appear charges brought against him but no action, yet.
>A year passes with no direct government involvement, the Weaver family goes back to growing their food and reading their Bibles
>Local Idaho paper releases a story that changes the course of American history
>Their angle? Local racist taunts authorities
>Like chum in the water, (((they))) couldnt resist
>National media immediately pick up the story
>24 hours later “The 4th Reich has taken over Idaho!”

4/7

At this point government bureaucracy takes hold and the case is passed around from department to department, eventually landing in the lap of US Marshals. Theyre tasked with bringing him to justice over those pesky entrapment charges their friends in the ATF had previously brought against Weaver.

>USM set up 24 hour surveillance on the mountain top property
>They quickly learn how many occupants the cabin has, as well as their daily routine
>Randy Weaver, Vicki Weaver, Sara Weaver, Samuel Weaver, Aslishaba Weaver and family friend, 23 year old Kevin Harris occupied the camp. All armed as any American should be.

I place the blame of what happened next solely on the shoulders of two groups. The US Marshals and those in Washington who backed them.

>4 US Marshals are scouting the property, coming within walking distance of the cabin
>Weaver family dog starts to bark, USM panic
>Weaver family, having been left alone for a year, rightfully think its a mountain lion or some other animal
>They take to the woods, guns in hand
>Fearing their position will be uncovered, USM shoot the family dog
>14 year old Samuel Weaver returned fire after seeing unknown men on his property in full Army fatigues, killing U.S. Marshal Degan
>The remaining Marshals return fire, killing Samuel Weaver instantly

5/7

Its worth noting that the USM story, under oath, was that they were pinned down under gunfire for 12 hours and were forced to return fire. All evidence later told the true story, USM came unannounced, opened fire first and used the preventable death of one of their agents to start a war on the Weavers.

>Anytime a federal agent is killed, FBI takes over
>FBI has no prior files on the Weaver family
>Acting only on US Marshal and media reports, you can see where this is headed

Tanks, helicopters, base camps, humvees, you name it and they brought it. For a whole week northern Idaho was a war zone.

What comes next is the FBIs biggest blemish, one they rightfully still havent lived down to this day. You see, standard FBI practice is to only return fire if fired upon or your life is in direct danger. Not on this day, Washington had approved war-time Rules of Engagement against the Weavers. The haunting memo reads, “Deadly force can and SHOULD be used.”

>Mourning the death of their 14 year old son Samuel, the Weavers are enraged and confused
>They move his body to the shed to be buried later
>On the way back inside, FBI snipers shoot and kill Vicki Weaver
>Her skull fragments land on her teenage daughters face
>Family friend Kevin Harris is also shot through the elbow, into his chest, barely missing his heart

6/7

This is where things go from twisted to downright morbid.

>Knowing theyre being hunted, they can not leave the cabin
>Vicki Weavers dead corpse lay in the kitchen for over a week
>Kevin Harris lays in bed, begging to be killed for over a week
>The whole time the FBI is demanding to speak to Weavers wife, who lays dead next to him from their bullet
>They send a robot armed with a 12 gauge shotgun to his door, after killing half his family, and tell him to pick up the phone to surrender

The FBI tried every trick they could think of, including getting one of Weavers favorite radio hosts to make a direct plea to him. It didnt work.

7/7

7/7

A right wing figure of the time, Bo Gritz, also a former Green Beret, heard of the story and decided to help.

>Arrives on scene demanding to know who ordered the operation against the Weavers, immediately issues citizens arrest warrant
>Once his chest beating is over, he helps the FBI
>First time communication between Weaver and authorities since all this started
>Gritz wastes no time telling the press of the deaths sustained at Ruby Ridge
>Children, women and pets alike all slaughtered in their home by an overzealous government
>Things for the FBI go from bad to worse

Our story wraps up around this time, thanks solely to the efforts of one Bo Gritz, the absolute madman that he was. He was able to negotiate with Weaver for treatment of Harris. When Weaver saw no one was shot as Harris left the cabin, he soon after agreed to make arrangements for the bodies of his son and wife. Soon after, he turned himself him.

I started this tale talking about what America should be, Ill end it there as well. The FBI brought countless charges against Weaver, including murder of a federal agent. They never wanted him to see daylight again. After the longest jury deliberation in Idaho history, his peers found Weaver not guilty on all charges except for Failure to Appear. Weaver served 6 months. Weaver later sued the government and fearing the spotlight, was awarded a $3,100,000 settlement.

Only in America.

Samuel Weaver, 14, murdered by his government

Vicki Weaver, 43, murdered by her government

We had this thread at least twice already today.
Is this the new generation of slide threads?

>FBI snipers shoot and kill Vicki Weaver
Lon fucking horiuchi, may he burn in hell

Stop thinking you live in a land without rules,k and maybe you wont get yourself and your family killed, by refusing to adhere to the laws we all as a country agreed to.... many countries he could have moved to if he didnt like american law...

Nice post user.

As far as I recall weaver was a combat engineer, not SF. Although of course glitz was.

I wrote it up this morning, someone else probably just copied and pasted in another thread

Figured Id remind the night crew.

The Wavers literally dindu nuffin, you gov-kike

Fuck off namefag you clearly didn't read the posts

You got the facts wrong here.

The US Marshals intended to take the dog out because it would bark and notice them even if they were far away.

They lured the dog into a trap. Of course they're going to lie and say the dog came charging out of nowhere.

wasn't he at Waco aswell?

Its all a little fuzzy

If any anons feel like correcting any facts go right ahead, but the goal is to provide an accurate representation of their final moments

Please use sources is all I ask

Also, Degan was killed by Kevin Harris, not Samuel Weaver.

C'mon man, get the facts right.

Remember Ruby Ridge.

Remember Waco.

Feds must die.

Sic semper tyrannis.

Also remember Lon Hirouchi the sniper from Ruby Ridge and Waco is working for Troy Industries

Yeah

I was literally just about to post this fucker. Beat me to it Austrobro.

...

Kek. What's this piece of shit doing now? He's been laying low pretty well.

That fuck was the rogue shooter at Waco as well. He has been part of it for a long time on how to escalate situations rumor is he was a consultant on the Chris Dorner assisanation.

Feel free to rewrite the whole story of Ruby Ridge in a digestible, short enough version that anons will finish it.

Im confident I got most correct and have fully invited you guys to correct anything I may have glossed over

I keep saying his smug chink face but I dont know much about him

Anyone care for a quick rundown?

Reminder that McVeigh did nothing wrong.

Read the book everybody it is worth the read I'm old enough to remember watching it live. There was a huge crackdown on "anti government" movements in the early 90's

McVey was a military recruit into the black ops CIA realm. His execution never happened.

The only moral of the story is that authority is power through violence. Your "rights" do not exist and can be taken away whenever those with greater power than you deem it so. The universe is indifferent.

>Before the negotiators arrived at the cabin, FBI sniper Lon Horiuchi, from a position over 200 yards (180 m) north and above the Weaver cabin,[57] shot and wounded Randy Weaver in the back with the bullet exiting his right armpit, while he was lifting the latch on the shed to visit the body of his dead son.[when?][58] (The sniper testified at the later trial that he had put his crosshairs on Weaver's spine, but Weaver moved at the last second.[citation needed]) Then, as Weaver, his 16-year-old daughter Sara,[59] and Harris ran back toward the house, Horiuchi fired a second bullet, killing Vicki Weaver,[60] and wounded Harris in the chest. Vicki Weaver was standing behind the door through which Harris was entering the house, holding their 10-month-old baby Elisheba,[59]in her arms.

The OP is mostly accurate.

The Marshals wanted to kill the dog because it would bark and notice them, even if they were far away. They lured the dog into chasing them by throwing rocks at the house.

Once the dog was away from the house they shot it. Sam Weaver was following the dog, and being a dumb teenage boy, opened fire on the men he saw shooting it. The Marshals then blew him away with fully automatic weapons.

Kevin Harris was also there and he shot one of the Marshals with a rifle. He was in a gun battle with them and they were all using trees as cover. It sounds like something out of a Hollywood movie.

Then later all that stuff happens with the sniper. The sniper was told he could shoot any adult male that he saw, regardless if the man was armed or not. Pretty scary, huh?

Someone mentioned there was going to be a PBS special on Ruby Ridge. It sounded like it could be good.

I think both sides were in the wrong, by the way. Weaver should've just given himself up and faced the music for the illegal shotguns.

Lon Horiuchi was the FBI sniper at Ruby Ridge who murdered Randy Weaver's wife, Vicky Weaver. Vicky was holding no weapons, the only thing she was holding their infant daughter in her hands and the fucking Jap shot her. I don't even entirely blame Horiuchi, as there was another Fed piece of shit, Dale Monroe, lined up to shoot her too, Horiuchi just shot first.

Horiuchi killed an innocent woman and almost killed an infant. Their official reasoning was "armed men posed a danger to muh FBI helicopter" yet they responded by shooting a woman holding a baby.

Fucking pieces of NWO shit who need to be fucking wiped out.

This. I regret the daycare center thing, and wish he chose a different target, but he was unaware.

Nichols said they both knew the daycare center was there, but considering he got off with a life sentence instead of the chair, Nichols probably lied.

So hes the cocksucker that killed Vicki and shot Randy? And he was at Waco as well?

Is this mother fucker still active?

>Weaver should've just allowed himself to be deprived of his rights for owning a shotgun that was shorter than some arbitrary federal law

Hello ATF.

It was entrapment and OP left out a good deal of the whole story.

The (((media))) should have left well enough alone.

I guess we'll never know

Now do the Waco massacre

Tried to strike a balance between being too long and cumbersome and still being something anons would read

Another good ones on McVeigh

>youtube.com/watch?v=Vgfi1QZILxk

we dont have these threads every day...first time ive seen it
>nice proxy BLUE

He's active in the sense that he's employed at Troy Industries, for what purpose I don't know. He's not an LEO anymore, fortunately.

Look at that fat fuck he has a gun I'm going to shoot his dog first says one blm ranger at the Bundy ranch standoff. nb4 her der they didn't pay grazing fees. The government regulated the cows off the grazing allotment so even if they had paid they wouldn't have been allowed to run cows on the land.

youtu.be/u0SZY1DI-Uo

This is great user. Thank you. Pol is a better place because of people like you. It doesn't matter if its poster more than once, its the first time I have seen it.

All the more reason to oppose the state. Actually keeping its power suppressed is another problem unto itself, but we aren't even at that stage when so many willingly shill for it. Allow my man Spooner to elaborate on the difference between criminals and governments.

>The highwayman takes solely upon himself the responsibility, danger, and crime of his own act. He does not pretend that he has any rightful claim to your money, or that he intends to use it for your own benefit. He does not pretend to be anything but a robber. He has not acquired impudence enough to profess to be merely a “protector,” and that he takes men’s money against their will, merely to enable him to “protect” those infatuated travellers, who feel perfectly able to protect themselves, or do not appreciate his peculiar system of protection. He is too sensible a man to make such professions as these. Furthermore, having taken your money, he leaves you, as you wish him to do. He does not persist in following you on the road, against your will; assuming to be your rightful “sovereign,” on account of the “protection” he affords you. He does not keep “protecting” you, by commanding you to bow down and serve him; by requiring you to do this, and forbidding you to do that; by robbing you of more money as often as he finds it for his interest or pleasure to do so; and by branding you as a rebel, a traitor, and an enemy to your country, and shooting you down without mercy, if you dispute his authority, or resist his demands. He is too much of a gentleman to be guilty of such impostures, and insults, and villanies as these. In short, he does not, in addition to robbing you, attempt to make you either his dupe or his slave.

Whatever op, what's your take on the black panthers?

Thanks user. This story matters.

Stop right there you gigantic faggot. As in Ruby Ridge, as in Waco, as in Bundys Ranch, as in Philadelphias MOVE, as in MLK. Its never fucking ok, kindly fuck off with your race baiting garbage.

Were in this together.

reminder should be daily

We need more McVeigh threads.

Waco and Ruby Ridge too.

Bundy was told he would be the next Waco if he didn't comply. They will be found not guilty just like they were in Oregon standoff. Too bad all their grazing land is a national monument now.

Bundys
Fucking hick welfare queens.
Fuck you, too

Randy didn't show up for court because they told him the wrong date, not because he was like lol fuck court

If thats the case, why had still not shown up a year later?

Im all for correcting the story, but this is the first Ive heard of this

>what happens when you shoot at Federal agents
No loss here

>go to AN meetings
>not be associated with AN

Choose one.

Are you mad your family doesn't own surface grazing rights to public land which gives them legal rights to fence it off and run cattle on it. Sorry that's not welfare annon there are all kinds of land rights like mineral mining rights and water rights. Just because it's public land does not mean the public owns all the rights to it.

On February 5, the trial date was changed from February 19 to February 20 to give participants more travel time following a federal holiday. The court clerk sent a letter to the parties informing them of the date change, but the notice was not sent directly to Weaver, only to his attorney. On February 7, the probation officer sent Weaver a letter indicating that he now had the case file and needed to talk with Weaver. This letter erroneously indicated that Weaver's trial date was set for March 20.[10][page needed] On February 8, Hofmeister again attempted to contact Weaver by letter informing him that the trial was to begin on February 20 and that Weaver needed to contact him immediately. Hofmeister also made several calls to individuals who knew Weaver asking them to have Weaver call him. Hofmeister told Judge Harold L. Ryan he did not hear from Weaver before the scheduled court date.[16]

When Weaver did not appear in court on February 20, Judge Ryan issued a bench warrant for failure to appear in court. On February 26, Ken Keller, a reporter for the Kootenai Valley Times, telephoned the U.S. Probation Office and asked whether the reason that Weaver did not show in court on February 20 was that the letter sent to him by Richins had the incorrect date. Upon finding a copy of the letter, the Chief Probation Officer, Terrence Hummel, contacted Judge Ryan's clerk and informed them of the incorrect date in the letter. Hummel also contacted the U.S. Marshals Service and Weaver’s attorney informing them of the error. The judge, however, refused to withdraw the bench warrant.

The U.S. Marshals Service did agree to put off executing the warrant until after March 20 to see whether Weaver would show up in court on that day. If he were to show up on March 20, the DOJ claimed that all indications are that the warrant would have been dropped.[10][page needed] Instead of waiting to see whether Weaver would show up on March 20, however, the U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO) called a grand jury on March 14. The USAO failed to provide the grand jury with Richins’ letter (which contained the error that the trial date was March 20), and the grand jury issued an indictment for failure to appear

the 90s are over, OP

I support right to spew garbage about things you know nothing about, doesnt mean I agree with what you say

They were the only people within untold miles of mountainous wilderness and he hardly ever associated with them

I kept it in to be as fair as possible. You should be too.

Thanks for the correction user. I never knew it stemmed from paperwork, I thought he just went full bunker mode. Makes it that much worse.

>that columbine fag at the bottom
kek

Thanks for this user, I screencapped in return for your efforts

I was hoping someone would do this! A million (You)s in your direction

I was living in Coeur d' Alene at the time, about 20yo.

>Saw 2 shotguns for me and Ill give you $700, youll be done in a couple hours
The way I heard it, he was specifically asked to cut them to an illegal length. He let them know that it was an illegal length and they told him to do it anyway.
Not really important, just kinda interesting.

>Randy doesnt show up for court
Again, I heard that he didn't show up because the courts screwed up and gave him a trial date on a day the courts were closed.

It was a long time ago, though. Not before the internet, but before Windows pretty sure. News was different back then and was impossible to check sources.

Remember bathroom stall in a restaurant:
>hang the gooks
>gas the kikes
>here we go (?)
>with the new 3rd reich
Something like that, lol.

Also there was an Aryan church outside of town that had a huge nazi swastika on a pole outside the driveway. Kind of scared me when I stumbled across it in the middle of the night. Then I remembered that I'm white.

Still working for the government, let me see if I can find out where.

Someone update this with the correct info
>Kevin Harris killed the ATF agent
>Randy Weaver didn't appear in court because they gave him the wrong date

>you clearly didn't read my opinions

Agreed. Ill repost key sections if need be.

Let me know what you need from me

It's all well and good to remember history of the government abusing the people but it's still happening. How about some current instances where people of Sup Forums can actually make a difference.

And this is why the Hero known as Timothy vanquished an entire nest of these vermin.

Here's the PBS link.

The UT sniper doc is excellent as well.

Fail to pay 5$ tax stamp, have your wife and son murdered in cold blood.

Yeah, I mean who can really say that's not reasonable?

>McVeigh did nothing wrong.

Indeed, he was a borderline retarded patsy. There were IIRC 5 other men involved, 3 of whom were Jews.

Bill Cooper covered him and Weaver extensively on his radio show and HOTT shows can be found on torrent or HOTT website.

It says 404 won't play for me.

Repost the sections that have updated information from the thread, and I will update the screencap accordingly.
Also, nice trips.

If you dont know your history, user

Normally Id advise against watching a (((PBS))) version, but this is surprisingly fair and an important documentary

Hate to break it to you brother, McVeigh was a psyop

>confirmed mk ultra victim
>confirmed black ops work
>was filmed on military exercise at same time all records showed him discharged

>I need to stress that each of you here are Randy Weaver. He was not a violent man, he was not a revolutionary man

You lost me at this part.

Randy Weaver was an innocent man.
A lot of us are borderline occultists who worship an ancient Egyptian god and actively try to meme death and destruction into existence. Disease, winter, hurricanes, riots, purges, and infrastructure collapse are all things we've encouraged and celebrated at times. The worst part is that we're one of the last lines of defense against a far greater evil.

>Hate to break it to you brother, McVeigh was a psyop

Government lies designed to blemish the man and make him seem less heroic.
After all, wouldn't want other people getting the rig..I mean wrong ideas.

They arrested Weaver on felony weapons charges, allowed him to post his home in the woods as bail, then politely told him when he loses his case his family will have nowhere to live. Following what can only be described as a failure of paperwork, Weaver doesnt receive a notice to appear in court.

>Fearing their position will be uncovered, USM shoot the family dog

>The remaining Marshals return fire, killing 14 year old Samuel Weaver instantly

Should be good. Thanks user, doing Gods work.

Update the post that states Randy Weaver missed the date. He did so because the court gave him the wrong date.

Then I'll update the screenshot
