Hello Comrades. This general is for the discussion of Marxism-Leninism, the ideology of revolutionary socialism and communism.
Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage.
What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:
>Communism is a stage of society in which the productive infrastructure is socially owned, and goods are produced not in order to sell for profit, but in order to meet a social need. >Communism in it's full form is a stateless, classless society that follows the maxim "From each according to their ability, to each according to their need." >To achieve such a society Marxism-Leninism teaches us that we must replace the capitalist state, which is controlled by the capitalist class, by a socialist state, which is controlled by the working class. Then, a period of class struggle follows in which the capitalist class is liquidated by the working class. When the capitalist class has been completely vanquished, there will be only one class, the working class, and eventually the functions of the state will become indistinguishable from the functions of the society as a whole, and the state as such will 'wither away' as Marx said. marxists.org/archive/marx/works/1847/11/prin-com.htm marxists.org/archive/marx/works/1848/communist-manifesto/
Communists think that you can make people 'see the truth' and thus 'become good'. News flash. Everyone is born flawed and will die flawed. Nobody is good except Jesus.
Do you never get put of starting these threads? You have been keeping this up for several months nlw

Marx said: "Capitalism is its own grave-digger; its fall and the victory of the proletariat are alike inevitable."

Ironically despite the huge differences in wealth an average salary in Oslo will get you no further than an average salary in Kiev.
It's as if regardless of how much money you have, the wealthiest class will just stick together and price gouge whatever it is they're selling to squeeze about the same % of money from you.

Threadly reminder that /leftypol/ is trying extremely hard to shill and overtake 4/pol/ and turn it into a bunch of retarded commies.

Marx never held a job in his entire life. It's no surprise that he wants a system that enables leeching off the work of his fellow citizens.
• questioned Murphy’s requirement that planning requires pre-knowledge of all possible prices, • argued that the domain of prices to which planning is applied is in principle finite rather than infinite and that thus Cantor’s arguments are inapplicable, or at worst prices are countable, and Cantor’s arguments are applicable but irrelevant because there is no concievable requirement that this domain be closed under diagonalisation, • argued that planning over finite prices is tractable, • shown that diagonalisation is not applicable to prices or commodities, and • discussed how infinite structures of predominantly zero values may be given finite representations. In conclusion we have shown that Murphy’s arguments are ill founded. The computational feasibility of economic planning at a detailed level is an issue that must be investigated in its own right, and cannot be settled by appeal to Cantor. We have presented specific arguments that suggest that detailed planning is indeed feasible

I would argue that there is no need to pretend that the free market gives an accurate value of what your needs are worth. It just gives another attack vector for argumentative shitstains. It also wins over people who don't really like the free market but are skeptical towards communism. Why alienate any potential allies? They may not join our cause but keeping them out of the ranks of Antifa is good.
Also serfs weren't paid. Depending on where you were of course. Many places, serfs were taxed a flat rate and could keep the rest of their labour for themselves. Those of you who understand basic economics can now make an educated guess why German levies and militias marched out in fucking full plate armour, and Russian militias had to reforge their scythes just so they could have some sort of weapon. Guess which ones paid flat taxes and got to keep their surplus.
But that's just an argument that if you're not going to have a Free Market[tm] in the AnCap sense of the word, it's smart to let people keep their surplus and do cool shit. In other words, having a certain amount of freedom in your market is fucking good. Even if you live in a feudal society. Who would have thought.
Again, it's an attack vector for argumentative idiots, but it's one that works entirely for the advantage of people who are against communism.
I mean, the takedown of "historical determinism" is excellent, 10/10 arguments.
Just my 10 cents on how to improve it.

And even so you have modern business intelligence that wishes to solve large parts of these problems.
The argument I would make is that this is great news for those sectors of the economy that is nationalized, such as the police, the military, and strategic resource extraction, etc. It theoretically allows us to squeeze more efficiency out of these sectors.
But the possibility of doing something in itself is not an argument for doing it.
