Most of the storm is south in oxnard, spinning up into run off for the dam. Sacramento not as fucked up as it should be so it's not threatening downstream yet. Gonna be 3 to 5 hours before rain runoff really kicks in.

Ohhh, so that's what they look like. I was aware of the spraying, but hadn't seen the actual tubes.

I heard it was alarming that they were spraying at such high pressure. I thought were supposed to basically drip water back into the spillway. If they're spraying a lot of water it means you've got a serious leak upstream.
I should pay more attention to metabunk. Thus far I've assumed it's some kind of conspiracy theory related website with an overbearing admin, but the admin seems to be pretty good at investigating the dam.
