Well, then the question is, does God transcend cultural, geographic, or racial barriers? IMO it does make sense for a truly all-powerful deity to hold dominion over the entire universe, which would mean all parts of this planet, and all of its people. So the geography becomes less important.

Latin mass, etc. Hasn't gone the way of most protestant churches these days, but isn't under the umbrella of the bizarro Vatican. I think something like that might be the best fit for me at this point.
