That's because blacks in the western world feel entitled and have victimhood as a virtue in their culture.

Well as we've already established not all blacks are savage but they are savage as a race which means that enough of them is savage to prevent building a civilization without being colonised.
And this savagery is not about technology. They have some technology, sure, they also have potential access to modern science and what do they do with it once they banish colonisers? They turn their nations into Zimbabwe or South Africa. This is what savagery means.
The barbarians killed each other over resources to be sure but they never went full Zimbabwe and there always was a progress towards increased centralisation which ultimately resulted in advanced civilization. I don't see this trend in Africa.

Please explain. It separates LES and HES (ie Low economic status and high economic status). As in my original post, I was pointing out that the situation is different in the UK. You also speak as I think this decline in white working class is a good thing.
