You can pretty much have a good diet, lots of exercises and do prana based meditations or certain "exotic" and secretive types of yoga to halt or slow down the aging process without having to resort to barbarism such as blood drinking or other forms of "vampirism" or in the worse case technology(nanomachines, cybernetics).
