>The Constitution gives states permission to wage war without a federal declaration of war if the state is "actually invaded"
>Illegal immigration arguably, if not flat out, qualifies as invasion

>all it would take would be a state government to tell its state militia that Mexican citizens are invading the state for "right wing death squads" to become a real and legal thing

Friendly reminder that the legality of the 1848 treaties and the unrecognized independence of Texas is disputed under international law, meaning you are just as illegal settlers as the flock of subhuman inmigrants you receive

...

Alright, we'll settle this dispute via another war. If we win, pic related.

I'm fairly sure Guadeloupe-Hidalgo is internationally recognized, and that fixed the Rio Grande as the border of the Texas territory. This means it de facto recognizes U.S. ownership of the Texas clay we have today, even if the initial annexation itself was not recognized.

What about the Gadsten Purchase? Do you recognize that?

>Worst parts of Mexico

because Manifest Destiny did nothing wrong

At this point you would be better off giving back at least the southern half of the clay you took which is basically mexico 2.0 and start building the wall above the rio nueces instead of rio grande as originally stipulated in the treaties.
It's a win-win situation if you think about it.

Race War When?

In the parlance of international law: lmao what are you gonna do about it faggot?

I agree, but in the Manifest Destiny period, we were generally fighting over the legal rights to settle various pieces of Terra Nullius, and higher birthrates and scarcity-driven mortality meant we could easily settle and population the clay.

Now it's full of mestizo drug dealers.

That's a cool ass-flag bro

you're not getting one square foot back

>going War Plan Red in HoI4

Muh nigga.

I've found various ways to fight the Allies without changing ideology, though.

And they say the education in my country is bad.

I thought so, too, which is why I saved it. I didnt make it, but I know how it was made: it's basically a Betsy Ross flag with the seal of the National Guard Bureau in the middle.

Fasces are all over the place in the US government.

No, it doesn't give that.

I'll have peace on those terms.

>I've found various ways to fight the Allies without changing ideology, though.

Yeah. The Great Depression hit to political power sucks, espically considering that it makes no sense, as FDR used the Depression as pretext to massively expand Federal and Presidential power.

But if you CAN go Fascist, then why wouldn't you?

Because remaining democratic gives you a sixth research slot, and it looks funnier to have much of the Americas conquered while still being labeled as the United States.
