norway "socialism" works because they have a tiny population sitting on giant oil reserves which make them rich beyond belief. with such an overflow of resources and capital, it's really damn hard to fuck shit up (although venezuela still manages to do so)

Venezuela's oil is much shittier than Norway's and needs extensive refining making it worth much less and they also aren't in NATO to receive a ton of indirect support from America which opens them up to fund other stuff with the extra money they don't have to spend and they also aren't hostile to the US politically and don't try to get around the petrodollar with direct bargaining so the US and its global financial capitalist puppet organizations don't use the forces of global capitalism to work together against it and fuck it over.
