No-go zones in the sense that the fire brigade or ambulances needs a police escort for them to safely go into these areas. Police do go into these areas, however they need extra resources to do so. There are many threats in the no-go zones for both police and civilians, but mainly police. Generally if you keep out of the way and dont dress like a rich snob, people wont bother you in the no-go zones.

that 2.5 includes ethnic norwegians, danes, and other europeans
if we assume that they're just as criminal as native swedes, then that 2.5 represents a very high criminality rate for muslim immigrants
so doing some very basic math, if we assume that the immigrants coming from northern europe are just as criminal as native swedes, a pretty safe assumption, then we can see that the criminality multiplier for other immigrants goes up to 3.25.
i would put the USA and a few others in the "A" category too, it would only make the multiplier go up further
i'm completely discounting the unlisted immigrant groups
