Got response, we(CNN) don't use other outlets polls. I tried to ask questions but was told we were not going to do a new poll we were to use another outlets poll. I was told get get approval first for a case by case basis for using others polls.
Talked to Joe Sterling working the wire told me to send them more emails. I did, and I had made a date mistake, my questions were not answered and my error was their focus.
