I've always wanted to know, what's the average swedish millennial's views on their swedish government; are their views similar to that of the UK and US, where they think that their government is a corrupt, faceless and evil organisation, and that they should make it their job to "resist" their "oppressors" at every turn? Or do they hold a smug sense of satisfaction about how "progressive" and "tolerant" their government is, when compared to other european countries?
I think it would definitely think it would be the former, though i cant be sure, due to the "if you're against the government, you're against their progressive policies" rhetoric that accompanies left-wing governments

What the average Swede thinks? I'm not sure, I don't think there's an average in this. I lived in Stockholm for around 6 years in the early 2000's as my wife is a Swede. I too have citizenship (though I'd never call myself a Swede) and our eldest child was born there. We go back periodically so we've witnessed the change from afar. I can tell you that it is drastic. Crime especially. Sometimes you can't see the forest for all the trees. If I had one critique of the Swedes it would be that they are too empathetic for their own good.

The average swedish millennial is usually left from my experience. Especially now when there are no more typical swedish classes anymore. When I was 7-15 years old we had one black guy in the whole school. Now in one of the three major cities that I live in I see atleast 5-8 people in every class that doesn't have european ethnicity. It sucks so much, especially knowing that my future kid will go to a class like that. Those kids seem to love multi culti.
