I live a bit north of Mena. This is a well known thing around here. The Clintons were extremely powerful in Arkansas and manipulated all sorts of shit. Look up the sheriff of St. Francis county. A guy was accused (without evidence) of raping a small girl. The sheriff cornered him, cut his testicles off and kept them on his desk for years. The girl in question was relative of the Clintons.
