I think in real life 90% on Sup Forums would check if she was ok and if she was unconscious would call an ambulance. 10% might just walk by... especially if others are around. 0% would still shit or do her harm.

Unfortuantely it doesn't matter if she has a hijab or not. In big cities people almost never interfere if they see someone breaking down in the street.
If it was a medical emergency I would feel obliged to act, but if it was a crying breakdown I'd probably walk away, I know it's shameful, but true.
In the big city you almost never approach someone who is emotional for any reason. The hijab/religion of that person has nothing to do with it. At least not for me.
Now I had a classmate who was muslim with a headscarf who broke down in class and I did help her, and walked with her to the counselling office, that's different though, we weren't complete strangers.
