The ones who stop acting like huge faggots, stop wasting years at college, and actually get a fucking job. The ones who stop being so fucking autistic over the opposite sex, and stop chasing 9's when they are 5's themselves.

Basically, when people start being realistic, and realising they aren't special snowflakes who deserve $200k a year, a perfect marriage, a perfect life....maybe. Just maybe they might have the chance at being normal.

What this job wants is someone who has five years of experience (which is required to get a PE licence) to work an entry level job for entry level pay. I have been declined for countless entry level jobs because "I don't meet the requirements" despite the requirements being "have the degree you have" and "have no experience."

Companies are going fucking insane in what they demand from people all because of their fucking HR departments. HR is the worst possible thing to exist. The HR department has no idea what the company does, you could put them into any company and they could still do their "job."

Also, the whole idea of "just go in and shake the manger's hand and tell them you want a job" doesn't work anymore. You get thrown out of the building and if it does happen, the manager has to go through HR to ultimately approve.


Companies don't want to train people anymore. They expect brand new people to be as good as the people retiring.
