The reason they're so easy to get in Sweden is because of the "loophole" in Swedish law that counts them as explosives and flammable material as opposed to a weapon. This makes it legal to bring them over the border.

You can get a hunter's license is like two days, and own a rifle. Not sure if the same license covers a shotgun for birds as well or not. If you're in a shooting club, any shooting club, and shoot somewhat regularly, you can get a license to own up to an AR-15 (semi-automatics, that is for whoever might not know).
The islamists aren't a real thing here, and even if they were they'd be too incompetent to get anything in here. It's obviously the yugoslavs/eastern europeans selling off some old stock as usual.
