Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage.
What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

communism might work post scarcity, until then, we need to reward those who work harder than the rest by allowing them to step over those who didn't work hard enough, else people will simply not be incentivised to do whatever but yes, one day, when robots perform the labour and we don't need to worry about resources anymore, it might work.
