The reason is, when you first start training your belt is brand new and white. But as you train and train, gradually the belt gets dirtier and dirtier, until eventually it turns black
This is why the belts get consistently darker as you go up in rank.

Well; using your gif as an example, the guy just uses his arm muscles, while in boxing, the whole idea of the stand is to use your whole bodies weight to build up more momentum, hence the stances.
In both the gif and your video, the guy just smashes a hook or straight punch into someones face. Hell, the Russian guy leaps into his punches.
That's not Boxing helping either of them, that's them punching hard by default.
