What are the chances that a right wing party can gain traction in canada?

I don't mean like full blown national socialism, but something based on nationalism, fiscal conservatism, christian values etc.

Canada already has a pretty strict immigration program that is, despite Canada's many failings, one of its strengths. It's entirely merit based so anyone accepted in will be a productive individual. This is often overshadowed by our constant intake of "refugees" a.k.a Somalis that live off the welfare system for their entire lives. They are scum.

Have you even read history? The Papal State, for example, existed continuously for over 1000 years, while our secular democracies are struggling after 50ish years

The rise of Right-wing parties the last few years are commonly based upon National Conservatism, Anti-immigration, opposition to multiculturalism and rule of law. And generally these parties gain more traction the less they focus on traditional left-right economics.

You want a rise of the right? Don't shit on the working man and support the poor of your country. Then the working class will increasingly come to support your politics when they wake up that the current shitshow is affecting them the most.
