Reddit is pulling some major bullshit to sow dissent and hatred against Trump. Just to be clear, I fucking hate Reddit, but it's a major front in the culture war and we can't afford to surrender the millions of users it has and write them off as "normies".
Reddit appears to be selectively hiding anti-Trump posts from right leaning users. Why is this important? Because if the people that would vote the propaganda down can't see it, it shoots straight to the front page with no resistance. Reddit users are fucking sheep and if all they see are anti-trump posts, they're all going to hate trump.
The past few weeks, Reddit has become a fucking anti-Trump propaganda factory. Until now, the right has made massive gains on Reddit, to the point that it was relatively Trump-friendly during the election. However, the past few weeks the front page has been covered in anti-trump posts. They're blatantly brigading, but the faggot administrators on Reddit will look the other way if it serves their ends.
We need our best autists on this. The sort that can really get into the numbers, figure exactly how they're doing this and prove it, the same way we proved that Reddit is silencing right wing opinions.
Jayden Barnes
Shariablue is killing reddit. I saw a great post on T_D that showed that there is as list of T_D posters that are automatically downvoting them when they post. Combine that with Spezgiving and the whole stickied post bullshit. I'm thinking about deleting my account.
Anthony Cox
I don't know who any of those people are
Wyatt Bailey
Shareblue (I like to call it shariablue) is like the new CTR. Spez is the CEO of reddit, he was caught editing pro trump posts. T_D is The_Donald, which is the main trump subreddit.
Owen Brooks
T_D is still reddit and reddit must go.
Jayden Long
The only person who isn't a faggot in this thread
Ian Price
It's the only sub I go on any more.
Eli Russell
Bump.
Josiah Wood
>we can't afford to surrender the millions of users it has and write them off as "normies" we can do exactly that, and will
Jace Morgan
This. You newfags have utterly ruined the quality of this board's discussion. Go to Voat if you want a Reddit clone with freedom of speech.
Isaiah Price
>Shill Force 5 fails to gain ground on Sup Forums >goes home and slaughters their slightly sympathetic neighbors
shameful display
Xavier Morgan
You're literally handing over an entire generation to liberals just so you can superior in your choice of website.
Nathan Ramirez
How do people still use that shit hole of a website. Arguably the worst website online, either them or tumblr. Child goes on reddit, gets pumped full of leftist propaganda, becomes nu-male. Many such cases!
Jacob Young
Admit it, you hate reddit because you can't argue on their level when the masses don't substantiate your retarded opinions and claims
Oliver Davis
I agree. Reddit makes me rage with a burning fury. That website is everything that is wrong with the internet. The users on that site think of themselves as intelligent, critical, educated thinkers, but the moderation on that site is just extreme and out of control, pretty much any dissenting viewpoint gets deleted. The "intelligent" and "skeptical" users on that site can clearly only handle a carefully curated space that only displays stuff they want to see. They can't handle different viewpoints.
And no, I don't think Sup Forums is the same. Anyone can come on here and debate their view, and it won't get deleted. On reddit, many views will get you banned and your posts deleted.
Aiden Wright
they've been fucking with T_D's ability to penetrate /r/all for months too, it may be totally silenced at this point outside of subscribers
Juan Fisher
>admitting you care about winning the culture war
gtfo of Sup Forums, we like losing here
Oliver Price
It pisses me off that r/all would even need to be curated. Shouldn't it just be a collection of the most popular posts on the site? And yet they have to control it so much, so that people only see what they're "supposed" to.
Robert Harris
The reason Reddit is a shit hole in the first place is because of how it appeals to the pseudo-intellectuals and the "le upboat" karma system. When you have so many egotistical people together, you're going to have mods abusing power.
Angel Rivera
and still, the fifa community is just as cancerous.
Aaron Garcia
Well if you're so smart, how come you can't make your opinions heard and accepted there? Doesn't that make them smarter if your only counterpoint is that they're "trying to act smart?"
Christopher Ward
anonymous losers of the internet unite!!!!!!!!!! we must defeat reddit or something. Ready your PEPE jpgs and trump hats!!!!
Jason Powell
see
Cameron Hernandez
Because opinions that go against the grain often get deleted.
Angel Bennett
like what
Levi Myers
>We need our best autists on this Reporting for doodie.
Parker Gomez
>hating reddit Kill yourself. Sup Forums would be shit without /r/the_donald
Liam Hill
I fail to see how this is a problem. There's nothing that says a website, Reddit in this case, has to be politically neutral. If people are so concerned about the political leanings of a given site they're free to not use it.
Ian Williams
You can't talk about how much you hate coons, jews, or faggots there
Julian Martin
and we are free to try to affect it as a means to an end
what's the problem faggot
John Anderson
getting downvoted is not the same as getting deleted.
I bet you sit at the front of the school bus so the driver can protect you from kids who bully you.
Jacob Price
it's very censored, like Twitter. hate all you want, but once a day on a conf call i go to The_Donald and upboat everything. i know reddit hates The_Donald, so it makes me want to feed it, make it strong.
Nathaniel Jones
Their site, their rules.
Evan Barnes
you're right, totally useless for culture war
they'll come around when they realize how stifled they all are
Thomas Smith
People dislike how they view themselves as the "champions of free speech" and "critical thinking". Then they go and delete everything they disagree with.
Isaiah Ortiz
Abandon reddit and boost its competitors.
Camden Mitchell
welp faggots gonna fag
Grayson Hill
yes we admit it. now piss off
Hudson Watson
>lol so what if private tech companies engage in mass social engineering for political purposes, giving a few jews in California more power to centrally control thought than ever thought possible

Nathan Morris

Nicholas Morris
...
Ryder Long
And I'm not just talking about downvotes. Boards like r/science, r/philosophy and r/worldnews will delete any "hateful" comments or ones that question their total egalitarian beliefs.
Cameron Gomez
Reddit the #4 most popular site in America, every wagecuck at my office uses it and there is anti Trump propaganda every fucking day on the front page. We need to do something.
Ayden Martin
this
Josiah Watson
No one's stopping you from starting your own tech companies and your own social media services.

You called yourself a faggot. I mean, I'm not gonna argue, just wanted to point that out

Reddit is one of the top places Americans get their news, if not the very top. It holds something like a 31% market share. It is a MAJOR player in opinion shifting and we need to really keep on top of this.
Every day I see a new anti-trump subreddit that was made to bypass front page filtering with brigading which is against the rules. Every day the new anti-trump subreddits have 40-50k upvotes which is just impossible for a new subreddit unless you're using bots.
spez only changed the post counts a few months ago to make it look to normies that the anti-Trump posts are beating out the pro-Trump posts by huge margins. spez of course turns his head to the brigading and obvious botting by shareblue and does fuck all about it.
On top of this, they post their anti-trump nonsense to other default subreddits like /r/adviceanimals /r/pics /r/politics(ofc).
I know the_donald is a legitimate community with no botting going on because all of the posts would be up in the 40-50k range if they were. It's a legitimate community.
We're losing the upper hand and we need to get back to being continuous on this meme magic or Trump may lose in 2020 even though it should be easy to defeat the dems now that they have a majorly split party with the ultra-cuck Perez coming in.
James Thompson
The whole voting system is stupid anyway. People look at the score and then automatically up or down arrow it according to the number. Then all the top scores say basically the same thing and are rewarded while the "wrong" opinion is punished
Daniel James
I've found you can say whatever the fuck you want on T_D if you use the Israel tag. They have a few kike mods
Thomas Hernandez
The_Donald is so fucking cancerous and cringy that it makes everyone else kind of hate them, and their candidate.
also, redditors aren't normies, they're just annoying self righteous losers that haven't experienced anything and never know what they're talking about. reddit and Sup Forums are honestly pretty similar except we have a much older user base so we aren't nearly as fucking retarded. Also, we don't have stupid meme points leading us on an eternal quest to outshitpost each other.
William James
There is no changing reddit unless you use the same tactics against them. Even then, your astro-turfed sub will get shut down by the front page moderators.
The only way to stop reddit's bias is ANTI-TRUST.
Carter Jones
Bumping this because it's the only non-leaf slide shill thread I can see.
Colton Collins
Sorry but reddit are normies. Because normies are attracted to that particular type of website. There's a reason why Sup Forums users totally loathe the upvote/downvote system and the high amount of moderation on reddit.
People on reddit are genuinely confused why people would enjoy a website where everyone is anonymous, where the mods pretty much allow everything and where there's no upvotes. They don't get it. As "edgy" as it sounds, these two websites draw in two entirely different types of people.
Mason Peterson
Reddit is a cancer-spewing stronghold of ultra faggotry.
However t_D does actually redpill some centre-left libs though, so there is some value to it.
Landon Wilson
I miss Reddit. I miss the internet. Everything is so choked by astroturf that pursuing the truth and think for yourself are becoming niche hobbies. Can we just have Nuremberg for the pedoring and get on with things? It'll save shareblue a lot of money in the long run
Owen Davis
Reddit proves the flaws voting in a total democracy. In the early days it was fine. But now, new parties have been created to take advantage of the system. Democracy can't last for long under the pressure of corporatocracy, and from there it's an even more slippery slope to some form of reddit communism where all ideas and thoughts will be the same and if you dare to think or say anything different you will be downvoted off a cliff, or even worse completely silenced.
Alexander Cox
>I miss reddit
Jacob Howard
Reddit is a bigger circle jerk than any board on this website you absolute gaylord
Thomas Morris
The problem is not that these companies are political, but that they are covertly political. If they were upfront about their censorship, people wouldn't have a big a problem
Andrew Barnes
I hope Steve Huffman gets ass cancer and his bugged eyes fallout of his sockets and fall in the toilet while they are still attached.
Aiden Hill
yeah, fuck me it used to be great for static content, but now it's just dystopian. can't even share a cool project without getting brigaded for an unrelated political leaning
Jack Edwards
yess I saw a video about the circlejerk shit and was glad a lot of people hate fucking reddit like me >never got into reddit much. dont know much about it
Cameron Stewart
If you enable the subreddit filtering and unsubscribe from /r/politics and /r/news, you can easily turn it into like a 2010 version of reddit again.
It's fine if you visit niche subs and /r/uncensorednews.
Luke Clark
>this thread
Back in my day, user wouldn't write off a whole fucking website just because they hated it. Instead, they'd raid it.
The fuck happened?
Adam White
wrong
Jacob Price
This image represents kek fighting the (((evil))) that hides freedom.
Charles Phillips
nope. im right. you're wrong.
show me yours and ill show you mine.
Alexander White
Bump. I made a thread detailing plans to counteract shills earlier, but of course nobody saw it.
"Ever since the election, memes that were /ourguys/ or pro-Trump have declined rapidly. We must reclaim these in order to make sure that we remain dominant over the rhetoric of the "useful idiots" of the left. I suggest we organize a... gradual raid or checkins on certain sites in order to retain that position and the counteract the pursuits of ShareBlue and CTR shills on other sites.
Sites to target:
KnowYourMeme
What other sites should we target, Sup Forums? I don't think we should focus on large sites dominated by (((them))) yet but first we need target sites where they're people who are more moderate or agree with us.
Moreover, we should split the efforts into three divisions: one to produce memes, one to distribute them on targeted sites, and one to make the popular posts on target sites through bots any other means necessary.
Well?"
But fuck me, nobody saw it
Robert Williams
People saw it but probably saw a large wall of text and ignored it. Doesn't sound like much fun either desu.
Jaxon Hughes
I only use reddit for kantai collection threads
Julian Flores
the propaganda machine is literally in everything now. you get mass downvotes if your account hasn't advocated baseless impeachment at this point
Joshua Gomez
I think watching depressed lefties would be fun though
Jose James
I used reddit a tiny bit for getting mega links or whatever, but there is literally no other reason for me to be there. I couldn't care less if some Trumpkins get BTFO because I couldn't care less about Reddit
Blake Davis
Not true. I filter out nearly everything and sit in /r/multicopter /r/linux /r/unixporn /r/sysadmin /r/pwned, and nerdy shit like that. They'll never touch those subs because neckbeards hate politics outside of 1992 messageboard linux kernel politics. They'd rather troll each other about fine details in overwatch characters.
Grayson Rivera
They're already destroying themselves essentially. More and more people see through their bullshit everyday and start their path to enlightenment. By doubling down they only lose more. Lets not become our enemies trying to fight them.
Brody Hill
>multicopter
have you registered yours with the FAA?
Matthew Sanders
of course. i am unable to fly in in Seattle though, so it's kind of pointless to own.
Connor Green
>Mentioning reddit Nothing good and I do mean NOTHING good ever comes out of Plebbit.
Thomas Thompson
it's your robutt, goy, don't let zog tell you where to buzz around. set it up with ir cameras and fly at night. lets your balls drop a little, you'll enjoy it.
Colton Richardson
I have RGB led's on it, the ESC's have LED's, and the flight controller has LED's. I have to go to Bellevue to fly it and it's not worth it. Everywhere in Seattle is a flight path into SEATAC issue.
Charles Jones
i'm sure you're capable of covering up some lights on, just say you don't want to fly it at night. yeah, everything is a "flight path" that we're intruding upon and bla bla.
Ayden Bennett
The more they spam anti-trump stuff, more likely people will get pissed off with non political subs getting political. Let them piss off their users
Gavin Campbell
I no longer even go there unless I take a look on the web for Trump news. Astroturfing like it's been said already ruined that site and I'd rather not be bothered with it. Its got around 400k users on the sub, they can handle things. ShartBlue isnt memeing anyone out of the presidency and anyone with half a brain can see thru their bullshit. We'll be heading back over there in force around 3 years from now, no worries
