The theory of "gravitational force" is obviously true. The idea that "what goes up must come down" has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt. When you throw a baseball into the air, it will eventually "fall" to the ground. The truth, though, is that it doesn't "fall". Gravity does not push the baseball down. Rather, an electro-magnetic force PULLS it back down to Earth.
The crust of the Earth (iron) conducts electricity, which is created in the Earth's core. The crust of the earth is also magnetic. We don't know if it is positively or negatively magnetic, but we do know that if the North Pole is positively magnetic, the rest of the Earth's crust must be negatively magnetic (which is why the north arrow on a compass, which in this case would be positively magnetic, always points north).
Tesla's flying saucer proved this. We typically describe saucer technology as "antigravity" technology. Gravity is not real; but two negative magnets will repulse each other. This is why it "floats". Electricity provides the combustion (the power to go forward, backward, up and down).
Tesla's innovative ideas and patents were left without funding due the impact it would have on the economy. There was a fear that the entire energy industry of the 20th century (and now the 21st) would collapse if this new form of energy was harnessed. If this technology were introduced to society overnight, this would certainly be true. However, if it were slowly and deliberately introduced to society over a long period of several years, the thousand-story skyscrapers and trans-oceanic monorails of the future would become a reality.

Anti matter, or "dark matter" isn't a thing. Tesla believed that everything is matter (everything is the light). He believed that space was not empty. Space was made up of electrons that just hadn't been awakened yet. I'm not sure if he meant that you can create solid matter out of space or that space conducts electricity, though.
