Sacred Heart is a bretty good university. Lots of conservatives and they shrugged at the community when they made a fuss over hosting Trump during the election.

I honestly don't understand why. If you are not sure you can prove a crime in the face of a judge and jury, you shouldn't go off all willynilly and throw charges at people.
You should not be allowed to convict someone based on testimony with no physical evidence, period. It should never be on the table. Remove that, and you're gonna remove 90% of false rape accusations.

It's all psychological. There is no risk of death and rarely risk of serious injury. It's a fact that people who have been raped multiple times aren't afraid of it the act itself, but more-so the person doing it and whether or not they'll bundle in facial scarring or severe beating just for the hell of it.,
