A lot seem completely uncompromising when it comes to finding work outside their field of interest.

Unwilling to move to where the work is.

Unwilling to leave urban life.

Far too much time renting instead of purchase a home (especially stupid with the 30 year fixed mortgages).

Spending; trendy clothes, food, bars and clubs contantly.

Boomers refuse to retire, many working into their 70s and beyond.
Higher than ever taxes cripple their earnings by as much as 50%.
Jaded employers only hire experienced workers for entry level positions, this problem is exacerbated by the poor economy which results in an excess of workers applying for a shortage of jobs.
Economic uncertainty makes millenials less likely to take risks with investments and jobs.
Feminism and a huge excess of females in the workforce has over-saturated the job market, driving down the cost of labor and creating a shortage of jobs, as described above.
Degeneracy combined with the fact that both partners must work full time in order to afford basic living expenses means no time for kids. No kids plus so many females in the workforce means that males can't / have no reason to viciously try to climb the income ladder.
Broken marriage system contributes to the above problem, further exacerbating it.
As prices of everything everywhere rise due to inflation, wages remain stagnant due to the overabundance of potential employees. When companies can simply hire the best, most skilled and experienced worker at an entry level wage from a long list of applicants, why give frequent raises for workers who deserve it?

The currency has less acquisition power.

Therefore things cost more, not adjusted for inflation the salaries are extremely high.

Immigration.

Why would anyone pay you a decent wage when pooinloos can do 80% of your work at quarter the price?

Too little to do for too many unskilled people.

Thats why there needs to be a population cut down before the threat of a 'peasant's revolution' becomes a reality.

I'd say the real issue is just females, I work in one of the top 5 male percentage fields and never have problems with getting jobs, raises, good treatment and good pay. This wasn't so much the case when I worked a white collar office job. Females are not a positive force and yet are usually paid pretty well, it's like a corporate welfare system. Even in my industry when we keep females for administrative duties the largely female population of dispatchers cannot compete with male dispatchers.

It doesn't count supervisors. It only counts manufacturing workers. It doesn't count other compensation and benefits like health insurance or 401k contributions. It compares these numbers to the entirety of the largely service economy.

I joined the army in my junior year after earning my equivalency, because I knew I wouldn't be able to afford the college without the GI bill. 6 years pass, I start at a community college where I spent two years earning a mechatronics degree.

I built, and constantly updated my linkedin profile Over the last couple of years people have literally showered my with job options. I've been where I am for less than a year, and i've already got another offer where i'll make 6 an hour more than I do now.

I'll share my two easy steps for finding decent work:

1) earn a degree in something worth spending two years of your life on.

2) look for work.

Cause I'm an idort and accepted my place in society. I found peace, I dont see happyness in dollar signs anons. You think trump decided to become president for the fame? No, he did it as a personal mission. He doesn't give a shit if he dies in the office of old age and stress. He doesn't give a shit that billions of people hate him. Why? He has pride, something most anons can't see.

When the world didn't just give them a high-paying job when they became adults they went on the internet and bitched and moaned about it rather than accept that they aren't special. Then they took out more student loans in the vain hope that adding to their already inflated and devalued degree would somehow grant them the ability to become one of societies elites without ever actually doing anything of value.

We now enter our current position where most of them are pushing 30 and have had little meaningful employment or job experience and are developmentally stunted compared to previous generations.

They are less qualified and experienced than people who just got an entry level-job straight out of high school and worked their way up through the ranks. Like their parents did. Which is why their parents made more.
