The collapse starts at 3 seconds in on the left part of the roof. From there you can see windows being broken which indicates stress, shift, and floor collapse. Very quickly after that the right side buckles as well and then the walls come down.

There was a fire in one of the offices and it caused the entire floor to weaken and then fall and when the floor fell it weakened the floor below it and so on until it was leveled.
