Because contrary to popular belief, asylum is only given to people who have a good reason to get it, even in Sweden. Syrians almost always get asylum, because they can't return to their home country. But when the Syrian refugee wave arrived, lots of young Afghan men used the opportunity and started flooding into the country because they want handouts and their country is shit. Many of them pretend to be under 18 so they will get to stay, but most of them are sent back. Afghans are probably the least desirable group that comes to Sweden, and almost all cases of rape at asylum centers are perpetrated by Afghan men pretending to be boys.

In the article, they use some imaginary example character, who we're supposed to feel sorry for. They (supposedly) interviewed him and so on, and the article talks about how horrible deportation is; and that he and everyone else should be allowed to stay.
Then after the article, the readers can vote, and the question is about all immigrants in general... asking basically if we agree they should stay, or if we don't agree (in other words - want them to be deported).
The option to "agree" is of course the first option. And the "disagree" option is second and red (as if it's an error or wrong). Kinda surprsing they didn't make the "agree" button green.
